Show hours are from 7:30 AM until one hour after the completion of judging; Judging will begin no earlier than 8:00 AM each day.
There will be NO indoor crating.
Entries each day will be limited to the number that can be judged in 8 hours of judging time, and entries will automatically close when this limit is reached, even if it is before the published closing date. A wait list will be maintained to fill openings created by the withdrawal of entries prior to the published closing date.

Entries will open on Friday, August 15, 2025 (at 8:00 AM EDT) at the Trial Secretary’s address. Overnight or express mail must be sent with “No Signature Required”. Entries will not be accepted by phone, email, hand delivery, or fax. Unless entry limits are reached on an earlier date, entries close on Monday. October 15, 2025 (at 6:00 pm EDT) after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled, altered, or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows. Envelopes/transactions containing entries for more than the ten (10) dog maximum and/or entries received prior to the opening date shall be treated as an invalid entry and shall be returned to the sender.
