Potluck lunch/dinner gathering to celebrate awards and accomplishments for 2024 (1 – 4 pm). Committee and anyone else who would like to help will be setting up tables, chairs, etc. (11 am – 1 pm) and then breaking down and cleaning up when the event is over. It is possible that we may arrive earlier and stay later if necessary.
